Not mine, seller not interested in International shipping (maybe if you ask nicely - I didn't bother). I use this tool regularly in servicing CPU and TTL based logic. It will help find faults in ICs (90% confidence) up to 20 pins (74XX245, etc.). Recommended for the techies tool kit! Switch settings are simple - you simply toggle in the Vcc and Com of the IC under test, all others face outside. I'm unloading the 17 PDF files (with his permission) from http://www.pestingers.net/Data_IO_29B.htm which is a good resource for pictures of various I/O accessories - handy, and added the PDFs to a new directory in the Data I/O section of our FTP site. I have also added the ROM images that Matt and Andy sent on the 303A-011A module. The generated signatures probably aren't correctly for anything more than 8 bit systems. Or at least I don't guarantee it :-). This is done after a Buss Test to make sure no control lines are held Hi/Lo that shouldn't be, and probably a RAM test to make sure that the address and data lines are toggling happily... Rom needed for Data I/O 303A-011A V01 Module

Hi All, I have a Data I/O 303A-011A V01 module <http://sturgeon.css.psu.edu/%7Emloewen/Oldtech/Test/DataIO-1L.jpg> and it seems to work fine, but there's a ROM missing at U7. I believe there should be four 27256 eproms. Does anyone happen to have V01 of this module with four roms? I'm trying to confirm if it only needs 3 roms or if I can get someone to send me the data for the missing rom. It should be 324-1725-007. By the way, I'm also looking for V18 roms as well if someone could help a brother out. ;-) I looked on ftp.flippers.com but I can't seem to find those particular roms. Unless I'm blind. Thanks! Repost: Wanted: Arium ML4100 options

Reposting this because I never really got any answer before and I see that Mr. Robertson is active on the list now and (based on various UseNet posts from a few years ago) I think he knows a good bit about the ML4100. --------------------------------------------------- I have an ML4100 that has and is serving me well. I have most of the various pods and ROMs for it and duplicates of many of them. Two things I'm missing (based on my reading of the documents) are an RE-016 ROM emulator (with RS-232 interface) and an AB-032 non-volatile memory. Anybody have either of these that they might be convinced part with for trade or cash? Non-working would be fine. I enjoy troubleshooting. Alternatively, any explanations of why they are not very useful or worth having at all would also be of interest. Thanks, Bill Sudbrink
