Fluke 9000A mystery adapter (for me at least ;-)

I have a pod module here called "Z8 I/F ADAPTER" Fluke #9000-200/AB. It has no cable to the base, just a 40 pin CPU cable. Inside is a couple of RAM chips, and some Fluke hybrid interface ICs. Any guesses? John :-#)#

Unipak 2B adaptor query

I have a Data I/O 29B EPROM programmer with a Unipak 2B and need to get hold of an adaptor for it, specifically adaptor no: 351B068 Does anyone either have one of these or know what it consists of please? Does it perhaps just re-route a few pins, or is there more to it than that? Hey, that would be my cue :) All of the M72, M82, M84 games from Irem use a NEC V20 which is a 8086 with some extra instructions. It's also pin compatible so the 8086 pod is usable with it. Does anyone know if the scripts for the 9010 work on a 9100a?? It may also be of interest to know that someone (presumably Al Kossow) has scanned and pdf'ed a lot of the fluke manuals and uploaded them to www.spies.com/arcade. There's a fluke directory which has some 9010 scripts and the .exe to compile them, and in the TE directory there are manuals for the 9010,9100 and most of the POD's. (I presume Al wrote the scripts) Unfortunately, the user manual for the 9100 isn't there. Sigh... Missle Command Help

I worked on four Missle commands for the first time and got three of them working (what a design - not designed for easy hardware debugging). The fourth board has me stymied. It comes up with one high beep for one of the 4116s being bad which I have replaced twice but the error still comes up. If I intentionally remove any other drams the correct beep error is caught. I've checked continuity to the suspect Dram but all is fine. I've gone over all of the sections of the board and they all seem to be working but the board as a system won't come up. It just keeps looping the dram beeping test. Any suggestions based upon your collective experience would be welcome. WICO XY Pattern Generator

Hi all.. Has anyone frigged with the eproms that are in the wico xy pattern generator unit? Its cool and all, ijust received one, but it would be even better if it had a diagonal crosshatch pattern.. or am I just expecting too much? I see it only uses DAC08's, are they up to the task of a diagonal crosshatch? As title. Going here: http://seven.pairlist.net/pipermail/techtoolslist/ Tells me that no messages have been posted to this list yet, which i know to be far from the truth. I have a bunch of MCR2 boards in to fix and i want to refresh my memory as to why my 9010a can't run them. I know it's been covered before because for starters, I'm sure i raised it, well over a year ago. And I'm pretty sure someone else did more recently too. I changed PCs a while ago though so don't have a personal archive. I've fixed one set, but don't really want to do them all without the fluke unless i really, really have to! Any help appreciated!
