Fluke 9000A mystery adapter (for me at least ;-)

I have a pod module here called "Z8 I/F ADAPTER" Fluke #9000-200/AB. It has no cable to the base, just a 40 pin CPU cable. Inside is a couple of RAM chips, and some Fluke hybrid interface ICs. Any guesses? John :-#)#

Hey, that would be my cue :) All of the M72, M82, M84 games from Irem use a NEC V20 which is a 8086 with some extra instructions. It's also pin compatible so the 8086 pod is usable with it. Does anyone know if the scripts for the 9010 work on a 9100a?? It may also be of interest to know that someone (presumably Al Kossow) has scanned and pdf'ed a lot of the fluke manuals and uploaded them to www.spies.com/arcade. There's a fluke directory which has some 9010 scripts and the .exe to compile them, and in the TE directory there are manuals for the 9010,9100 and most of the POD's. (I presume Al wrote the scripts) Unfortunately, the user manual for the 9100 isn't there. Sigh... Does anyone here want to assist by disassembling the Z80 (or 6502 or 680X) code in one of the pods to figure out the command codes? Now that we have an idea of the results, a list of the command codes might make it very easy to continue to the next stage-actually talking to a pod on the parallel port. I think it is actually not going to be that difficult.... TIMING The very first byte is BEFORE you get any handshaking...then you get MAINSTAT, then shortly after you get PODSTAT which ends just after MAINSTAT ends, then the remaining handshaking has POD end with MAIN. Hi Guys ! Does anyone know some source for prototype PCB. I'm building one MB14241 daughter card, and now it's time to test it. I'm thinking to build this IC on Altera EPM7064SLC44-10 using MAX+PLUS II BASELINE Software (http://www.altera.com/products/software/pld/products/max/sof-emax_baseline.…) but I have the daughter card ready to test, and it looks like beautifull ;) Steve, what schematics are you using ?
