Hi folks! Just a note to let you all know that the TTL FTP site is back and running fine. Please only download what you need, piar.com is kindly hosting flippers - but with this large a FTP section the bandwidth suction could be too great...take what you need, and if you see anything that should be there toss it into the Incoming directory and let me know what the file is and I'll move it across. If anyone wants the entire directory email me with an FTP link and I'll transfer it over my ADSL line sooner or later (depends on the demand level). I can't do a virus scan as I'm now on MAC OS X primarily(there don't seem to be any viruses written for OS X - curious! ;-) - so any .exes or macros should always be scanned for peace of mind. ftp.flippers.com/TTL and ftp.flippers.com/incoming Hope they are of some use. 9100A Hard Drive

I went to use my 9100A last night and it has an error message "hard disk not coming ready" also the drive does not sound good. Any ideas on how to fix it. PALs to GALs...Pole Position 7C

Well, I've been trying for the past four hours to convert the PAL file (AMD/MMI 10L8) for the Sound Z80's PAL (137279-001 7C) that is the master PAL for the game. Unfortunately I have not been successful in using the PALTOGAL.EXE program as it seems to work (the conversion) but the results are not working in 7C. So my questions are: 1) does anyone have a copy of the data sheets for the AMI/MMI 82S153N PAL as used in the game as I'm not sure if MMI's 10L8 is exactly the same for reading on my Xeltec burner. 2) does anyone have the GAL listing for 7C I'm working with the script for the PP game with the 9010, and anyone else interested in that script should be aware that it requires the Z80-QT (QuickTest) pod...the rarer pod (of course). I'll upload it to the new Flippers site in the next week or so once I have switched over to the larger host.
