It's not a prom but an FPLA from Signetics. If the securtity link that protects the reading of the fuse array is blown (which is usually the case in commercial products, you will be unable to read or duplicate it as the addressing of the fuse array will be scrambled for protection. In the past, Al Kossow's original PROM cross reference (now hosted on a few sites, but I usually pull it from mikesarcade.com) has always been able to stear me to a substitue PROM to be able to read it, but this one isn't listed.
