Since you made the above changes the system now hangs after displaying the RTC message?
The same happens if you try to force a floppy boot using F2 F4?
If the above is correct I would try booting the floppy service disc with the SCSI card removed. Also when referencing old posts please post the actual URL of the post from the archives, right click on the specific message, select "copy link" and paste this.
