I've used the "memSIM2" a couple of times and it worked. YMMV - my usage was in a non-game project (I know...). I also didn't put a logic analyzer on it to see how clean the signals are. But it was easy to use and nothing caught on fire.

Takes a while to arrive - coming from Poland.

I don't have any experience but I'm curious what your use case is for this tool? I understand what it is, just not sure how it's useful for you. I can see how it would be very useful for developing custom code for a given board but I assumed you were more repair focused.

I am modifying code for my soon-to-be released Bally Home pinball MPU (System 1) replacement sub-board and so far have been burning a couple of dozen EPROMs to try and troubleshoot the last annoying bit.... The EPROM emulator would cut my wait time to basically zero and reduce wear and tear on the EPROM socket. It may not arrive in time for this project but I will be doing this again for some other obsolete MPUs (ALI & Rotation 8) in the near future so it is a useful tool for me to have on the shelf.
Thanks,
