We've been using one of these for a few yearsm, great tool! Here are our settings: CGA: 15.8KHz-H, 640PIX-H, 60.5Hz-V, 200PIX-V EGA/Medium: 20.0KHz-H, 512PIX-H, 60Hz-V, 384PIX-V CGA looks a bit odd, I'd have figured 30Hz for Vert, and the 640X200PIX seems wrongish, however this is what Alex uses to test our customers monitors and he is very happy with the results.
