http://www.noritake-itron.com/pages/Partsearchfull.htm lists both GB and GC. Both discontinued of course. No clue what the difference between the two is, if any.
The 9100FT works (or will soon) so I think I'll just keep my eyes peeled on eBay etc for a replacement for the 9105.
Noritake still makes a variety of display tubes - including the 256 X 24 or 256 X 32 style.
