Anyone with a 9100 should look into archiving their system (etc.) floppies. I found a DOS (PC) based program that is pretty good at reading, storing images on a PC, and writing replacement (archive) 640K floppies. Called TELEDISK. Up on google.com somewhere or email me for a copy...
This program does a nice job of reading odd sector sized floppies, plus when you have the image on your PC you can edit it.
One note. You'll need to boot into DOS, and use a older machine. I had problems, even booting into DOS6.22 on my P4-1.6. Using a P75 worked fine.
