Did you check the power levels with the Fluke pod in? Seems like I heard that it draws more power than the CPU. Also, maybe you have a weak component in the CPU circuit, since adding the pod changes trace lengths, power loading, etc. does it not?

As Alex said above, my power supply was indeed sagging somewhat as I just upped the voltage and the Bus Test then passed okay. However ....... I still can't run the board with the Fluke attached using Run UUT - all I get Seeing that has reminded me to add that the CPU socket has recently been replaced.
