The floppies I have here don't show any printed serial nrs. on them. I have two sets of the original Fluke disks so I don't think it is likely they are serialized...companies who would own more 9100's would definitly want to know which floppy set would belong to which machine if they were serialized...so you would expect the machine's serial nr. to be printed on the floppy labels. I too appear to have a 9100A with 6.1 happily running on it. This was a new machine I picked up afew months ago and had never gotten around to powering it up...
ROM 2.2, other software is all 6.1 - has the video (programming) option.
Shall try yanking the drive in a few days and seeing if it works in another machine - if it does then it would appear that 6.1 is not serialized.
