A couple of years ago I dumped and sent the EPROMs inside my BK560A, they are on FTP.Library revision is 1.50, I think this is the latest (and only one).Don't forget BK560 and BK560A use separate libraries since hardware is different. Il 10/01/2017 23:45, John Robertson ha scritto:

Nothing stunning so far, BK support did provide the 560A manual and 560A device list which is helpful as I don't think these have been scanned in (at least all I can ever find is the 560 manual labelled as 560A).
At least for the 560A it's more than just PC software, there are new EPROMS.
------------------------------------------------------------- Model AK-560A User Library Software Package
This software package allows the user to easily create device test procedures for lC's not already in the extensive library of the tester. Truth table tests are developed on a personal computer, then downloaded to the tester.
The package includes software, documentation, two EPROMS and an RS-232 cable. Send me any docs you want added to the PDF. Email is fine.
I wonder if the EPROM upgrades are already on the TTL site? Any idea of the revision number?
Thanks,

I opened a case with them. As I said on KLOV, I have a FOAF who works at BK so if their support isn't forthcoming, I will try this avenue.
