[Techtoolslist] Fluke 9020A troubleshooter - swapping ieee488 i/f for rs232 i/f

hello all! i just acquired a Fluke 9020A troubleshooter with option 002 ieee488 interface at a good price, and i have an operators manual and service manual on the way. does anyone know if i need to change roms if i swap the gpib interface for an rs232 interface ?
