Nothing stunning so far, BK support did provide the 560A manual and 560A device list which is helpful as I don't think these have been scanned in (at least all I can ever find is the 560 manual labelled as 560A). At least for the 560A it's more than just PC software, there are new EPROMS. ------------------------------------------------------------- Model AK-560A User Library Software Package This software package allows the user to easily create device test procedures for lC's not already in the extensive library of the tester. Truth table tests are developed on a personal computer, then downloaded to the tester. The package includes software, documentation, two EPROMS and an RS-232 cable. I opened a case with them. As I said on KLOV, I have a FOAF who works at BK so if their support isn't forthcoming, I will try this avenue.

Have you tried emailing B&KPrecision? <ducking> It is a last resort, but if they have stuff, they probably would be happy to give it out at this point. I did the same for a Fluke product and they were willing to help.

This came up on KLOV recently. Does anyone have a copy of the “User Library” PC software for communicating with a BK 560, or the manual for it? There’s a site that will sell a photocopy of the manual for $42+ship, but there don’t seem to be any scans. Other than that, this software seems to be MIA. _______________________________________________ Techtoolslist mailing list Techtoolslist@flippers.com https://pairlist7.pair.net/mailman/listinfo/techtoolslist FTP site is: ftp://ttl.arcadetech.org/TTL/Test_Equipment Archive site: http://seven.pairlist.net/pipermail/techtoolslist/ _______________________________________________ Techtoolslist mailing list Techtoolslist@flippers.com https://pairlist7.pair.net/mailman/listinfo/techtoolslist FTP site is: ftp://ttl.arcadetech.org/TTL/Test_Equipment Archive site: http://seven.pairlist.net/pipermail/techtoolslist/
