That is what I am hoping to do. There is a NVRAM (8-pin X2444) device on the motherboard that holds (I suspect) the serial number.
The X2444 does contain the serial number; at one point I had even figured out exactly which byte positions corresponded to it. Don't have the info handy at the moment but I can look it up if it's a big deal to anyone. Alex ---- ayeckley@elektronforge.com www.elektronforge.com
