Anyone know how a Kurz-Kasch TC-590-89 Test Clip is wired ? All I can find says it should have three test clips E4, B3, D3
Thanks Tim

These are part of the KK signature kit for 8080 boards. TC-590-89 is basically a 16 pin Glomper clip with jumpers:
Part "EE Module" is a 40 pin header box that have only one jumper between pins 14, 16 & 24. Part "B-3" and "D-3" are a 16-pin glomper clips that each (identical) have jumpers between pins 3, 6, 8, 10, & 13. Part "E-3" is a 16-pin glomper clips that have a jumper between pins 1 & 7.
These four parts are used with KKs docs on using the Sig Analyzer on the 8080 boards and go on the corresponding IC (IC B-3, D-3, and E-3).
Hope this helps!

Big help Thanks! So on the EE Module all the pins feed through including the ones jumpered ? I ask because pin 19 would be pulled low by clip E3 and it is an output from CPU Clip E3 would cause the data bus direction to go output only (which is OK for the Midway 8080 board) and clip B3, D3 would set the 8080 to execute NOP's Thanks _______________________________________________ Techtoolslist mailing list Techtoolslist@flippers.com http://seven.pairlist.net/mailman/listinfo/techtoolslist FTP site is: ftp://ttl.arcadetech.org/TTL/Test_Equipment Archive site: http://seven.pairlist.net/pipermail/techtoolslist/

No, EE Module is sealed. Only the pins 14, 16 & 24 are tied together, you have no access to any other pins - it looks like a header with a solid cap. I don't know where it is used. I don't have the documents for that test setup.
