A list-member kindly provided me with the image-file for U62, and I have provided that to John, along with a small PDF describing the logic of the bank-select circuit, and that has now been uploaded to the FTP site under the Fluke/9010 Series/9010 ROMs directory. I hope that this will help out others who had this problem. Turns out that, yes, the 82S123 in my friend's board had failed, and the contents were reading incorrectly. Burned a new PROM, but that didn't fix the non-booting issue, so there's something else wrong. At this point, we are suspecting the Watchdog circuit, and will debug that next. grant..
