I would start by locating a memory map for that board. What addresses address the RAN, ROM etc. Then you can use the fluke to capture ROM crc values and the you can start writing a simple script that will do RAM and ROM checks for you. On 4/22/05, tony <tony@htbsusa.com> wrote:
