[Techtoolslist] HELP : B&K Precision 560 IC tester firmware upgrade

Hi all, since I'm going to get a B&K Precision 560 IC tester with a 2.00 firmware onboard, I'm wondering if is it possibile to upgrade it to the latest revision and where to get this update, I knew for sure some units has 2.50 or even 3.00 firmware revision.
