Since we're talking 9132A stuff, here goes a long-long-shot. Does anyone happen to have the PLCC adapter for the Hitachi 64180? Picture attached. Unfortunately Fluke didn't include a schematic in the manual so I'm unsure of the exact wiring from the cpu to the sync module connector. If you do have one I'd be interested in buying it, or borrowing it in order to make a reproduction. There is also a Y9132A-64180-7201 variant (for soldered on chips - the pcb has a 68 pin 4 sided test clip on the underside) which would work also. Open to buying a complete kit with the personality module also.
