9000A-200 was a kit Fluke sold so you could adapt unsupported CPU types. An early Troubleshooter article describes the process and gives some examples for ex 6512 and 2650 CPUs. You’d plug a similar pod into the ZIF socket on the adapter, then the adapter probe into your UUT. Looks like the /AB is an official Fluke product — the normal -200 has blank paper labels for you to fill in, while those are plastic printed ones — which adapts the Zilog Z8 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zilog_Z8). Guessing you’d plug a Z80 pod into it.
