Pretty sure I have one of these and a photocopy of the manual as well. Let me dig around and see what I can find. I don't have a scanner......sad isn't it?.......so I will have to get a friend to scan it for you. I'll let you know. May have some sockets as well.

Well, it now appears to work. Had a couple of bad 244s that I tracked down by assuming someone plugged the sub-boards in backwards and so I simply did a diode check on the small PCB edge connectors relative to common. After replacing the two TTL ICs the device now produces what appears to be a Signature for ROMs inserted in the socket - not a Checksum (rats!). And it is not the Fluke FIDE Signature, so now I have to track down a file to HP style signature converter to see if the device actually works as intended, my eprom programmer does not generate a Signature for ROM... Thanks for the offer of a copy of the manual - I will add it, of course, to TTL FTP once it appears. I suspect this tool is going to sit on the shelf a lot... John :-#)#

Anyone have one of these? I am in need of either schematics or some voltage measurements from the regulator PCB. Just 'won' this off eBay and it really doesn't work (not surprising given the description).
The device looked useful - my assumption was it would generate a CheckSum of an Eprom inserted into the socket - it has four seven-segment displays after all! It uses a Z80 that appears to be wired up as a NOP, but it uses several voltages - perhaps -5 and +12 for the 2708s etc. I only have one socket - 2764-27128, if anyone has any of the sockets I'd be interested in pictures to try to figure out the pinout assuming no schematics or manual turns up that is!
Thanks!

OK, the regulator board turns off the -12 and +12 unless the TEST button is pressed. I assume that is to protect the Eprom...
Still digging...
