I like the 7633 I have from Tektronix pretty well. I picked mine up at a Ham radio show, so I could kick the tires first. Not quite portable, but only about half the weight of the Tek 502 I have. Depending on the modules you install, you can get up to 4 channels (not differential though). My Tektronix 465M is starting to die on me. I supposed I could take it apart and try to fix it, but I'm thinking of getting a new oscilloscope anyway.
Just wondering if anyone has some recommendations. I'm just looking for a 2 channel, 100Mhz scope with X-Y mode and ext. Z axis (for obvious reasons). Similiar to the one I already have. If it's at all possible, I'd like to find something not quite so heavy, but that might be wishful thinking.
Also, I'm looking for recommendations as to where to get good deals. I've been looking at ebay, but I have a hard time trusting people that say "Sold as is".
Thanks,
Matt
