Hello Mr. Langley. The 9100A and also 9010A are out of service. We are not be able to help you because we do not have any spare parts and/or firmware anymore in our place. Best is contact the Fluke ROC UK [mailto:Roc.UnitedKingdom@fluke.nl], this is the best way for customer information so they can inform into the USA.
