I made a usb programmer for Eprom 2708 and i started to implement even ram test for sever one but i never completed the work (addressing tests should be implemented). I can release the source code (assembler Microchip PIC 18F4550) if anyone wants to finish the test routines for these types of triple-power RAM. NeoLock made also a nice ram tester but only for single power supply. maybe possible to made adapter for triple-power RAM. Changes to be made to the firmware would be minimal, it contains already all the correct pattern and address test. Piero (pieroandreini@vodafone.it)

Hi Joe,
Why not make an adapter socket or add a switch (or two)? The difference between the 4027 and 4116 is pin 13 which is /CS and A6 respectively. Hopefully the Bugtrap test is not as extensive as Flukes RAM test which looks for stuck address lines such as the none functioning A6 on 4027 adapter.
I can't find 4015 easily, but same applies to it...

Does anyone know of any RAM testers or other ways to test 4027 and 4015 RAM? The Bugtrap I use to test 4116 can't do them and NeoLoc's RAM tester can't do them either. A fair number of games use this RAM type.
