I googled around for it. There was one comment from a guy that had one that said most of the board was potted in black epoxy. Kurt kmahan@xmission.com
Does anyone have this test device (Fairy IC tester) that could figure out the schematic? Or take some pictures of the interface board - perhaps it is simply buffers for the test socket.
Reading through the disk (Fairy... on TTL FTP) it looks like it tests TTL 54/74, CMOS 40/45, and HCMOS 74HC series - appears to be written in BASIC(? - been years since I last looked at APPLE II stuff) (RUN HELLO2, BRUN HMOS & this and that)...I can't find anything to do with RAM tests unfortunately...
I wonder how many of us have Apple II's sitting on a shelf? I have three that still work...but this program might not be worth it - if someone else would like to look and confirm/deny my results just to be sure though that might be useful.
