Regarding the source .... For this reason, I expressly stated that I no longer wanted the source to be distributed regardless of what it may or may not say in the files
This is an unfortunate situation. I'll see if I can obtain the original source code from Peter, reimplement the changes and release the code under GPL so others can benefit. Tony
