I'm still intending to do this, but due to the recent birth of my daughter time for working on games is shot these days. Having said that I've just about cleared the repair backlog .... I may have a hack at it over the next few weeks.....
Taito also did a revised 2-set Space Invaders (that replaced CPU and ROM of the original 3-set with a single PCB and kept the same sound PCB as the original 3-set) that used 4116 DRAM. Seen the PCB, not seen the schematics. Dave L. might have these.
