[Techtoolslist] [9100A] Anyone familiar with this error?

Getting this on boot. It's not listed in the 9100A service manual. I disconnected the MFM HDD adapter board and plugged a SCSI2SD into the MFI. Happens whether the SCSI2SD is plugged in or not.
