Will Al host it? I have (AFAIK) unlimited space that I should be able to share if I ever get around to asking for some more FTP accts... I guess that manual was pretty much only released to distributors.. I grabbed one out of the files at Mountain Coin a year or so ago and thats the first I've heard of it..
