I was blowing off the Mask ROM possibility thinking that there was no way Who Dunnit had enough of a run to merit mask, but now that I think about it that makes sense-- although it's not mentioned in the MAME driver comments, Who Dunnit 1N is actually the same as Crossbow, Combat, and Catch-22... So that makes sense to be mask after all. (And it'll probably be identical to those.)

OK, here we go. Teeray nailed it. Datasheet attached, just need to strap pins 26 & 27 to whatever the game uses to access this part and read it as a 2764.
