As an interesting side note, I've had problems locating an affordable punch down tool for williams boards. While I use the crimp connectors sometimes, I also use the punch down type, depending on my local stores stock. Given that I have now rewired 3 or 4 williams cabs, some from scratch, I needed to find an easy way to punch down into the connectors. What I did, is I took that stubby flat head driver that comes in most scredriver sets, and ground the tip so it was thinner, and narrower. I then used the dremmmel tool to cut some slots in the tip, and presto, a cheap punch down tool! What are the sizes of the pins used in typical Williams, Gottlieb, etc. games? .156, .093, .062, .165, other?

What pin extractor tools and crimpers do you use that you like/dislike? Is the "spring loaded" extractor worth the few extra bucks?

I've found a lot of places to buy them on the net, but if anyone knows any place that has some great prices on them, please let me know. Seems like spring loaded extractor tools are about $12, and crimpers $20-30. Thanks,
