Yes James, sorry, just forgot to mention it to the good folks here.... It loading up on the FTP site now as "Bugtrap 8000 DRAM Tester Manual.PDF" (6.51mb if anyone wants to compress it...) in the Bugtrap directory - no schematics unfortunately, but a good section on how it works, plus a long list of Dynamic RAM it supports and you can use to cross reference many as a result. I have the booklets for Bugtrap comparators and will get them scanned in and uploaded over the next few months. Anything else folks are looking for? I have the Bugtrap comparator manuals scanned and pdf'ed already, I will put them up on the ftp in a minute. I thought they were already out there somewhere, obviously not! Kev (mowerman) scanned these ~ 6 years ago, I don't get the credit :) Excellent comparator by the way, I have a bit of a collection of comparators, brands, and obscure ones, the Bugtrap's are the best. If no one has a scanned copy of it I can probably scan this one but it might be a few weeks before I have time. It has a 35 pages or so and has wiring and some schematics of the test fixture, looks complete but as I haven't got a test fixture I can't guarantee it.
