Not much in my library...it is listed in the IC Masters from the late 70's but disappears around 1988..however there is a Signetics SCN2764 that is also an Advanced Video Display Controller...seems that it might be similar if not a replacement. I do have two pages (Pgs. 1704 & 1705) in my 1986 IC Master that covers the SCN2674 if that would help. Pinout and Bloc Diagram only though.
