i need some help

i am working on some pole position II boards that i have gotten them all to the same point

1 fixed all errors from the program poleh with the fluke and z80qt pod and get attempting to run uut

and the boards just reset every 20 sec and get the start up screen scramble

i tried a working pp2 cpu board with the video board and it boots fine so the video board is ok

if all test from the fluke pass the errors must be in the z8002 section right? how to or what is made to troubleshoot this section anything for the 9010a ?
