Not having written a program myself I may not full
understand things but....
Could you just have the tester set the dips
for ALL ON, read them then reset them to ALL OFF & read again rather than
individually? (laziness...)
Would you also check alternate names or alternate
difficulty solder pads?
Instead of asking for speed mode, couldn't you just
check that byte? and then condition the ROM checksum based on that?
Has anyone tried the Frequency counter function in
the Fluke compiler software? I was wondering if it was
usefull?
