Itās just a starting point, and it is frequently incorrect because the virtual machines in MAME arenāt 100% accurate. Also, the script generator isnāt smart enough to always generate legal subroutine names· thatās what you get for free web-based utilities J
I think this was covered before, but based on recent postings, Iād like to re-emphasize the point ·
Also, FWIW, I have never used the LEARN function·. Because the schemas and the MAME source code tell you a lot more than LEARN can.
Good luck.
(Iām glad to hear that several people are using FIDE. Itās possible in the future if the PODs get a software driver that Iād update the software and fix a lot of things I wasnāt happy with·.)

Subject: Re: [Techtoolslist] sega outrun stuck in reset
i took a known good board set and tried the same thing running
fluke learn start 0 - ffff
i just get pod timed out
or pod timed out and reset when i hold the reset line high
and tried to get the outrun script from fide to run it will not go past address 0000
i did try to set trap active to "no" and pod just times out
has anyone ran a script on this board
i have 2 sets 1 good cpu and 1 bad cpu and 2 good video
the fluke does the same with the good and bad cup brd
on the good cpu board it will run the game with run uut
the bad just keeps resetting neither will let the fluke run
