Composite Sync Mod

Add a 74LS08 on top of 10C, lift all pins on the 74LS08 except 7, 10, 14 which are soldered to 10C. Wire 10C pin 8 to 74LS08 pin 9. Wire 74LS08 pin 8 to lifted ends of FB25 & FB27 (opposite side of J2 plug).
