Hey Kev,

I just replaced one last month, it was fairly simple since
it was one of the corner pins. I took my soldering iron and
melted the plastic around the broken pin, in effect, digging
an area out around the pin. I cleaned up the pin with an
exacto blade then soldered an IC leg to the pin. Once that's
done place an IC socket or 40 pin carrier onto the plugs pins
to protect them.

What is the best method to replace a broken pin on a pod?

Thanks,
