I am pulling them out and checking each one in a programmer
in the case of the mame rom's I am loading them in the programmer and only 2 matched your checksum sheet
they are Atari boards
I am using Andromeda Research Labs  EPROM+ Programming System

 the fluke 9010a with pole h is passing the boards ,,when they go to run they get  error rom 10

You realize that Fluke 'Rom Signatures' <> Checksums.
 
You are working with NAMCO or Atari boards?  There will be some differences.
 
You either have to write a routine to calculate the summation checksums or you need to pull the ROMs out & checksum them in a EPROM reader.

have some boards that I am having a hell of a time with one has rom 10 error ??
no rom 10 error in the manual ???
and the others need to program rom's tried mame but they are all mis marked
like 2f there is no 2f on the cpu
